JOB SUMMARY
The position is for a Construction Manager Mechanical – that will be responsible and accountable for the day to day running of mechanical construction operations on the Mmamashia Water Treatment Works
Qualification and Experience
B.Eng / B.Tech. –Mechanical Eng. – Registered with ERB as Professional Engineer or equivalent. Post Graduate Qualification will serve as an advantage.

Clear understanding that all sectors of the Project are managed within agreed scope, cost, deadlines, and quality.

A proven track record in achieving first-class construction management in large infrastructure projects ( Water Treatment works Pipe lines, Reservoirs and WTP)

Minimum of 12 min years’ experience working in Mechanical Construction Management, with at least 5 years’ experience in and on a site construction environment (experience on WTW and more complex/demanding projects would be valuable)

Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills

A working knowledge of safety and quality requirements in this role
Ability to work under pressure
A valid driver’s license
